This Sunday marks a significant moment for us since the beginning of the on-going pandemic: we can sing together in the building!! It's likely there will be a mix of emotions and levels of cautiousness so please be gracious and understanding of one another as some will choose to wear masks and others not. If you are unsure as to what it might be like then we've made a short video, which went out earlier in the week. You can watch it by CLICKING HERE
Speaking of Marks, today we'll be looking at Mark 2. Have you read it? If not, have a quick read before we meet together so that you are a little prepared for the service.
Our intention was to have some Kids Church activities to do during the sermon in the back hall and garden but we are unable to do that this Sunday due to lack of helpers. However, we will have activity sheets for a variety of ages and available pens but it might be helpful if you bring your own colouring pens if you have them in case the demand is high - thank you. I'm OK with some noise during the sermon (I'm preaching today) and hopefully others are too. Are you able to help out during one Sunday in August? If so, please let Dave or Nigel know so we can have enough people to do something to bless our wonderful church families over this summer period.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1Thessalonians 5:16-18
May God bless you richly this day,
Much Love,
Dave
