Welcome to Sunday’s email!
I have now been one of your ministers for 3 years (as of yesterday). So much has happened in that time. So, firstly, thank you. You are an amazing bunch of God-centred people who it is a privilege to serve.
Did you ever think you would be away from the church building for so long? I didn’t. However, we now have an opportunity to have small gatherings, albeit in a masked, socially-distant way. If you would like to be part of one of these gatherings then you need to sign up – please see the green box underneath ‘Pastoral News’, below this email.
We appreciate that this is not an ideal way of meeting with each other, so we would strongly encourage you to open up your gardens and meet with others in a more informal environment. Up to six are able to meet in this way. But maybe when you do meet, think about the opportunity you have to pray for one another, speak words of encouragement and hope to each other and have some fun.
So, without further ado, on to our Sunday Service. Today we’ll be focusing on ‘community’. As part of our service we will have a family-friendly communion so do please have that ready should you want to partake in it. Psalm 34:
1 I will extol the Lord at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips.
2 I will glory in the Lord;
let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
3 Glorify the Lord with me:
let us exalt his name together.
Let’s exalt his name together. To view / listen to and join in with today’s service please CLICK HERE
