Greetings from Dave’s Office.
On Thursday of this week Beckie and I watched the sunset from Old Hunstanton beach. It was beautiful. It was wonderful to see the Great Artist at work as he painted the sky in an array of changing colours – an amazing display of his handiwork. And, you are a glorious display of his creative power as well.
13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
Today’s message is brought to you be a lady called Anne Calver, a Baptist minister in North London. Beckie brought this to my attention and it has since been shared with the Elders. It speaks into some challenging words we have had as a church about enlarging our tent, namely:
Enlarge the place of your tent,
stretch your tent curtains wide,
do not hold back;
lengthen your cords,
strengthen your stakes. (Isaiah 54:2)
Please do watch it through and if you consider that God is saying something to you as part of this then we’d love to hear from you. To watch / listen to it PLEASE CLICK HERE.
And, to finish, we’d like to congratulate Richard and Jenny Shand on their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
May you know God’s Nearness and Blessings this day,
